Overnight Housekeeper
Millie Grace Cleaning is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain 1 restaurant in Peddler’s Village.
The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, detail oriented, and is personable.
Responsibilities:
- Clean – Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and dining areas. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, and furniture.
- Stock – Replenish and stock all guest hand towels, soap in dispensers, and toilet paper in bathrooms.
- Other – Pick up and empty trash containers replacing the can liners. When applicable, notify management if something is not working correctly or needs to be replenished.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Show up for work on time with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional with attention to details
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull
The pay for this position is $90 flat rate for what should take 3 hours to complete on Sunday and $115 for Monday at an estimated 4 hours.
One to two years of commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required to and from the job.
The work days are Sunday and Monday. The job may be started after 11 PM and must be completed before 5am. The job is located in Peddlers Village, PA.
There is a training period of two weeks where the new hire will work closely with an experienced supervisor.
